Simple evaluation board for ATmega162 + 32KB external RAM
When internal RAM is not enough to application requrements, external RAM can be connected to some AVR devices, such as ATmega162. This board has all necessary stuff to run ATmega162 with external RAM : address latch, 32KB SRAM chip and standard peripherals such as : crystal, ISP connector, reset switch and I/O connectors.
